Salix alba ‘Aurea' Gold leaved willow
Beautiful tree with excellent habit. Striking foliage is lime green in spring and later gold as the summer progresses. Slower growing than pure S. alba . Deserves greater prominence in parks and gardens.

Salix alba argentea ‘Sericea' Silver willow
The whitest of all the white willows. Smaller and slower growing than pure S. alba . The silver leaves stand out in any landscape and forms a good contrasting combination with the gold leaved variety S. alba ‘Aurea'.

Salix aegyptiaca Musk willow or Calaf of Persia willow
Expect a real treat in January with this unassuming willow which is amongst the first to produce catkins in the year. These are large and profuse, golden catkins and unusually for willows, also very aromatic. If you've got the space this will produce a delightful tree with large ornamental leaves.
